My Background
My name is Marrisa. I am a widow with two kids. I am a birth and postpartum doula. I serve Houston County and the surrounding areas in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. I have many birth stories, and that is why I feel I can be the right doula for you. I have personal experience with cesarean, VBAC, unmedicated, stillborn and infant death. These are all different but very unique stories. I am here to guide you with having the best birthing experience. My main focus is YOU (the birth giver) and your desires. NiaKai Doula Service
My complete Doula service includes two prenatal visits, YOUR BIRTH, and two postpartum visits. I am always on call if you need to reach me.
Traveling costs include one face-to-face prenatal visit, YOUR BIRTH, and one face-to-face postpartum visit.

Birth Doula Service

With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. This service includes two prenatal visits, your birth, two postpartum visits and breastfeeding support. All clients have the option of virtual support when needed. *** You can feel free to ask about my payment plans.**
Postpartum Support
$30hr
I believe postpartum is the most important part of your pregnancy. This is when you will need the extra hands and this is when I come in to play. I am there for small chores, I am there to care for the baby while you nap, shower or if you just need to shower. I AM THERE FOR YOU.
Breastfeeding Support
$30hr
Breastfeeding may get hard, but please do not stress! I will be there to help in any way I can to help baby latch or to simply get you comfortable. Extra support is available, if needed.
Lotus Birth
$100
Lotus Birth is an option if you do not want to cut your baby's cord and want it to naturally fall off. Ask me for more details***
